Yes, absolutely. Polyethylene (PE) is highly resistant to saltwater corrosion, UV radiation, and chemical erosion. They are preferred over steel floats in marine environments because they never rust.
All of our floats are made with rotationally molded PE (polyethylene) plastic shells, and each float features a closed-cell urethane foam filling for safety and structural rigidity. The tough PE shell handles heavy physical impacts while the foam core prevents sinking even if punctured.
Damage is very rare due to the durable construction, but if pierced, you will not sink thanks to the closed-cell urethane foam inside. You can easily replace the modular unit or perform an on-site repair using a standard HDPE plastic welding kit after draining and drying the damaged area.
Yes. We provide full OEM and bespoke engineering support. Our professional technical team designs custom outer lengths, internal diameters, buoyancy ratings, and structure profiles to precisely meet your engineering drawings and job specifications.
Standard configurations include L800×W500×ID160mm, L800×W500×ID220mm, L1300×OD1300×ID500mm, and L1500×W1300×ID630mm. Tailored sizes and custom internal diameters are readily manufactured to fit your specific floating pipes.
Our modular floats are designed for versatile attachment and are compatible with high-strength stainless steel bolts, steel-textile straps, or specialized corrosion-resistant strapping systems to ensure reliable, non-slip attachment under harsh offshore waves.
We are committed to providing you with the best quality service and look forward to communicating with you to solve problems together and bring you a better experience.
